Since 2015, Earlie Group has delivered inclusive, evidence-based research and evaluation for KOICA, NUDIPU, IDIWA and the International Development Institute Uganda; twenty assignments across thirteen districts of Uganda.

We are a Uganda-based consultancy with offices in Jinja and Kumi, specialising in baseline and endline evaluations, mid-term reviews, M&E system design, strategic planning and institutional capacity strengthening. What distinguishes the work is who it reaches. The Washington Group Short Set, accessibility audits and intersectional analysis are built into our designs as standard, so that women, girls and persons with disabilities are counted properly rather than counted around. And our teams work from the districts themselves, which is why the evidence comes back with the texture that remote data collection loses.
